Fitness Kickboxing

Want to get in better shape?

Have fun learning and practicing boxing and kickboxing basics! Punching, kicking and challenging cardio in every class!

For Adults and Teens
(anyone of any or no gender, 13+)

Participants will be required to provide their own boxing gloves.
You will NOT be required to do contact fighting/sparring but it’s available for those that want it.
Participants can borrow disinfected focus pads each class, but can use their own if they wish.
Signing up with someone you know is encouraged as many of the activities are partner based.
That being said, you are totally welcome to sign up by yourself and join someone each class.

Winter 2026 Schedule

St Adolphe – Mondays

Location: St Adolphe School (ESAS) Gym
Mondays – 8pm – 9pm

9 Classes:

Jan 19, 26 | Feb 2, 9, NOT 16th (Louis Riel Day), 23 | Mar 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 (rain day)

Cost:
$100 for the session.
Sorry, no drop-in classes available as each session is progressive.

Niverville – Tuesdays

Location: Prairie Roots Gym
Tuesdays – 8pm – 9pm

General Class Structure for a 9-10 Class Session

Learn proper pad usage and practice 1st combo. Kicking exercises.

Learn 2nd combo and practice both combos, cardio drills.

Simulated rings to apply combos 1 & 2.

Circuits and fitness training class. Start to learn combo 3.

Practice combo 3 and learn Combo 4.

Practice combo 3 & 4. Multiple opponent defense drills (Football flags).

Simulated rings to apply combos 3 & 4.

Circuits and fitness training class. Practice all combos.

Simulated rings to apply all four combos.
